DryEyeCircle provides clinic listings, educational treatment guides, surveys, treatment experiences, and community information for general informational purposes. The site does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations.
Using DryEyeCircle does not create a provider-patient relationship with DryEyeCircle, listed clinics, contributors, or any other user. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical questions and treatment decisions.
Clinic listings may be based on public clinic website sources, community submissions, or manual review. Listings are not endorsements, rankings, guarantees, or confirmations that a clinic is appropriate for your condition. You should contact clinics directly to confirm services, availability, costs, credentials, and suitability.
Treatment guide pages and community insights are educational. Survey results and treatment experiences are self-selected reports from users and may be incomplete, biased, outdated, or unverified. They should not be treated as clinical evidence.
You are responsible for information you submit, including clinic suggestions, listing claims, suggested changes, surveys, treatment experiences, and future community posts. Do not submit content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, spammy, infringing, or that reveals someone else's private information without permission.
When you submit content to DryEyeCircle, you give us permission to store, review, edit for formatting or safety, display, summarize, and use that content to operate and improve the platform. Written treatment experiences are published only when you give publication consent and they are approved.
We may review, edit, reject, remove, or restrict submissions at our discretion. We may also limit or block access if we believe someone is abusing the platform or creating legal, privacy, medical safety, or security risk.
Community content may be publicly readable while posting is limited to members or invited users. Community posts reflect individual user views, not DryEyeCircle's medical advice or endorsement.
Submitting a listing claim or clinic request does not grant ownership, account access, or control over a listing. DryEyeCircle may ask for additional verification and may approve, reject, or defer requests.
Do not disrupt the service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape the site in a harmful way, submit malicious code, impersonate others, misrepresent clinic affiliations, harvest user data, or use the platform for unlawful or abusive purposes.
Some features may require authentication or invitation. You are responsible for maintaining access to your email and account credentials. Admin tools are restricted to authorized DryEyeCircle administrators.
DryEyeCircle may link to clinic websites, research sources, product pages, or other third-party sites. We are not responsible for third-party content, privacy practices, availability, services, or transactions.
Some pages may include affiliate links. If you use an affiliate link, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not control community survey results or clinic listing status.
DryEyeCircle's site design, text, organization, branding, and original content are owned by DryEyeCircle or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse substantial parts of the platform without permission, except as allowed by law.
The site is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, availability, uninterrupted access, security, or that any clinic, treatment, product, or community information will meet your needs.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DryEyeCircle is not liable for damages arising from your use of the site, reliance on information, interactions with clinics or other users, or third-party websites. You are responsible for how you use information found here.
We may change, pause, or discontinue parts of the platform, and we may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the site after updates means you accept the updated terms.
Unless applicable law requires otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the laws of Canada that apply there.
